Brief
Email us your app, a few screens or a test build, and tell us what the video is for. We reply with questions and a fixed price in writing. If you would rather talk it through, we can set up a call.

Script
We write the script and you approve it before any animation starts. On Launch the voiceover is written with it and timed to every line.

Motion
We animate your real screens into the film and you review working drafts as we go. Starter takes about 5 working days from your screens and the approved shot list. Launch takes 10 to 15 working days from your screens and the approved script.

Sound
Music and interface sounds are cut to the picture and mixed to play clearly on phone speakers and headphones.

Delivery
You get the sizes in your package: 16:9 and 9:16 on Starter, three formats on Launch. If a price or a line changes late, we re-render every size in one pass, and small fixes are usually done the same day.

How much does it cost?
Starter is from €400, Launch is €890 and Retainer is from €1,490 a month. Each package has a set scope, shown on its card, and anything beyond it has a set price we put in the quote, for example €90 for an extra format or €120 for voiceover on a Starter. You get the full price in writing before we start. All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT.
How long does it take?
Starter takes about 5 working days once you approve the shot list, and Launch takes 10 to 15 once you approve the script. A Retainer clip takes 3 to 5. The clock starts when we have your screens. Most of the spread comes down to how quickly feedback comes back.
What do you need from us?
A link to your app, some screens or a test build. Figma files work too. Add one sentence on what the video has to do and where it will be shown. Unreleased screens and builds are fine: we use them only to make your film, and a film goes in our portfolio only once it is public.
How do revisions work?
Starter includes 1 round of changes, Launch includes 2 and each Retainer clip 1. Before animation you also get one round on the shot list or script, which doesn't count. A round is one list of changes in one email, sent within 10 working days of a draft. Small fixes such as a typo, a price or a colour are usually done the same day and don't count as a round. An extra round is €90 for a clip up to 20 seconds and €150 for a longer film.
How do payment and rights work?
For one-off projects, 50% is invoiced when you confirm the quote and 50% on delivery of the final files. A Retainer is invoiced monthly in advance. On full payment you get a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the films for any purpose, including paid advertising. Music we license from others follows its own licence, and we pass those details on with the delivery.
What counts as a revision round?
One list of changes in one email, within the scope you approved: timing, shot order, on-screen text, colours, the music choice from the options we sent, sound levels. A new script, more screens than the package covers, more length or formats, or a redesign that replaces more than 2 screens is a change we quote first.
Which formats do you deliver?
16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5, as MP4 files. Starter comes in 16:9 and 9:16, Launch in three formats of your choice, and each extra format is €90.
Can you resize a video we already have?
Ad Variants works only with films we made, because we lay out each size again from our own project. For a video made elsewhere we would be rebuilding it, which is a new film and a new quote.
Why are new sizes and late changes so quick?
We build each film in code, so one project renders every size. A changed price or line is one edit and one re-render, usually within hours.
Why the name OVERSHOOT?
In animation, overshoot is the small bounce an element makes when it lands a little past its mark before settling back. That bit of extra is what we aim for in the films.
